Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Petts Wood Spa & Hair Lounge. We’re always happy to look after you, and to help us manage appointments fairly for both clients and our team, please take a moment to read our booking policy. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with us, you agree that we may store and use your card details to collect any applicable cancellation, no-show, or unpaid treatment charges in line with this policy. Your card information is handled securely through our approved booking and payment systems. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you give us more than 24 hours’ notice, no charge will apply. If you cancel or change your appointment between 24 hours and 6 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the booked service value will be charged. If you cancel, change, or miss your appointment with less than 6 hours’ notice, 100% of the service value will be charged. If you do not attend your appointment at all, this will also be treated as a no-show and charged at 100%. Where a deposit has been taken, it may be used toward any cancellation charge due. For longer appointments, packages, or multiple services, the charge will be based on the full value of the time reserved. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or adjust your treatment so we do not affect other clients, and the full fee may still apply. Please also make sure you tell us about any health conditions, allergies, medications, or anything else that may affect your treatment. This helps us keep your visit safe and make sure we can provide the best possible service. We may refuse or adjust a treatment if needed for safety or professional reasons. Petts Wood Spa & Hair Lounge reserves the right to update these terms, prices, and booking rules from time to time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
